During Pessach one may not eat any mixture of foods that include Chametz (leaven).
If the quantity that one ate included an olive-worth of Chametz, then one has transgressed this Mitzvah.
Applies to everybody, everywhere during Pessach.
Pasuk: Any mixture of Chametz do not eat (Shmot 12:20)
