One may not marry one's daughter.
One who has relationships with his daughter - even if he never married her mother - deserves to be burned to death by Beth Din.

There is no explicit verse for this sin, it's deduced by Kal-Vachomer and Gezeira-shava (Sanhedrin 76a)
