Even though converts are full fledged Jews, it's a Mitzva to love converts up and above the Mitzva to love all Jews.
Included in this Mitzva is the Mitzva to love strangers; those who arrived recently from other countries or cities.
"Love" being defined as "treating them the way you would like to be treated in similar circumstances".
Applies to everybody, everywhere, always
Verse: "And you shall love the convert" (Devarim 10:18 & 19)
