Men are forbidden to wear clothing or jewelry that is specifically for women.
This Halacha is location-specific; the norm of the place you are in, defines what is feminine.
Included in this prohibition is grooming like women; to look younger than one's age. This includes removing or dyeing white hair from one's beard or head.
Applies to men, everywhere, always.
Verse: "...and men should not wear women's clothing" (Devarim 22:5)
